The good news about this is that there is a parking lot with space for over 2000 cars. Many other beaches along the Pacific Coast Highway offer little, if any, parking facilities. When you plan a visit to Zuma Beach, it doesn’t really matter what time you arrive, you will be able to park and enjoy the pleasures of the beach.
Some visitors are surprised to learn that the best beach in Malibu doesn’t allow alcohol. You will find a snack bar here serving basic snacks, but no alcohol. There are also no pets allowed on the beach, which some say helps to contribute to its pristine condition. During the winter, Zuma Beach is a popular place to start a whale watching tour. It is possible to see migrating whales during these months. Located 19 miles north of Malibu, Zuma Beach is also a great place to watch a sunset.
