Laguna Beach Hotels

Laguna Beach Hotels
People have been escaping to Laguna Beach California for more than 100 years now. Visitors come mostly to indulge in some quality beach time, and numerous lodging establishments have sprung up to meet their accommodation needs. Upscale resorts, inviting inns, well-priced chain brand hotels, and pocketbook-friendly motels are all available in this artsy beach community, along with some of the best beaches in Southern California, and the very best examples are just a short walk to the Pacific Ocean waters.

Hotel Laguna

The Hotel Laguna enjoys a fantastic location at 425 South Coast Highway, and this puts it right on the beach. The Hotel Laguna actually features a private beach area with a beach club, and this is arguably the main perk. As for other reasons to give this hotel a look when planning a Laguna Beach vacation, it includes continental breakfasts in its rates and has a convenient onsite restaurant. Also worth highlighting is the Hotel Laguna’s history. Hollywood stars were known to frequent the hotel in the 1930s and 1940s especially, and it maintains plenty of nostalgic Laguna Beach charm.

Montage Laguna Beach

One of the best beach resorts in Southern California, the Montage Laguna Beach (pictured above) impresses on so many different levels. The prime beachfront location at 30801 South Coast Hwy is among the main highlights, and the upscale guest units leave little to be desired. The guest units come in the form of rooms and suites, and they are all elegant and extremely well-equipped. When Montage Laguna Beach guests aren’t relaxing in their comfortable quarters, they can take advantage of the resort’s amazing facilities. These facilities include a full-service spa, an immaculate outdoor pool with cabana rentals, a separate children’s pool and play area, a 24-hour fitness center, boutique shops, and three signature restaurants.

Inn at Laguna Beach

The Inn at Laguna Beach enjoys a magnificent location. You can find this delightful hotel atop a bluff on the northern side of Laguna Beach’s renowned Main Beach. The views are excellent, and both Heisler Park and Laguna Village are within walking distance. When some beach time is in order, guests of the Inn at Laguna Beach can take advantage of the complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas and towels that are found in their rooms. Other things that can be found inside the hotel’s 70 guest units are flat-screen TVs, clock radios that you can plug an MP3 player into, deluxe bedding, mini fridges, honor bars, cotton robes, coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, and safes to store valuables in. General hotel facilities include a small outdoor pool and an attractive meeting room. While a restaurant is lacking, the Inn at Laguna Beach is close to numerous restaurants.

La Casa Del Camino

As is true of the Hotel Laguna, the La Casa Del Camino Hotel used to be a favorite Laguna Beach hangout for the Hollywood crowd, and it has plenty of historic charm. As for location, the hotel is just steps from a sandy beach, and it only takes minutes to get to the heart of town on foot. Tasteful standard rooms and extra-stylish suites figure among the guest unit choices at La Casa Del Camino, and guests should have little trouble finding something good to eat or drink between the hotel’s bistro and its rooftop lounge.

The Tides Laguna Beach

One of the most popular Laguna Beach hotels, the Tides Laguna Beach offers a great location, wonderful rates, and an all around enticing atmosphere. The hotel’s 21 rooms are clean and comfortable, and guests don’t have to pay extra for parking or to make local calls from their in-room phones. Other amenity highlights include deluxe bedding, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Some rooms also feature a convenient kitchenette. As for the communal hotel amenities, they include a saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor fireplace, and a gas grill.
