The best beaches in the world
Cabo San Lucas is one of the most upscale resort destinations in Mexico. Luxury hotels, as well as more affordable ones and the city's numerous vacation rentals, welcome tourists who come looking to enjoy sandy beaches and some of the best deep sea fishing on the planet. Of course, the golf courses, diving, and sumptuous sunsets are also good reasons to visit.
Cabo San Lucas is situated at the southernmost tip of Baja California. This is a land where stunning scenery abounds, not to mention divine Pacific Ocean beaches. Another Cabo San Lucas beach that deserves special mention is Playa del Amor, or Love Beach. Found in a hidden cove, this beach is only accessible by boat or kayak. Trips out often include a short tour of the beautiful rock formation that is known as Arch Rock. You can find water taxis that head to Love Beach at the Cabo marina, and these water taxis tend to also include a trip around the point where the Pacific Ocean waters meet those of the Sea of Cortez.
If you wish to do some snorkeling during a Cabo San Lucas vacation, then Chileno Beach might be the best place to go. Often hailed as the best beach in Cabo's Tourist Corridor, Chileno Beach can be a great strip of sand to visit for any number of reasons when it comes down to it. It is safe for swimming, and you'll be hard pressed to find any other beaches in the general region that have public restrooms.
