Malaga Spain
Malaga is a coastal city in the south of Spain. It is the second largest city in Andalusia and is renowned for its picturesque beaches and lively Mediterranean atmosphere. The subtropical climate of Malaga Spain affords opportunities for a host of outdoor activities year round, not the least of which is relaxing on the expansive, white- and black-sand beaches. This portion of Spain is referred to as the Costa del Sol and features other enviable beach destinations such as Marbella and Estepona. The city also offers a host of nightlife attractions, fine dining, and many opportunities for shopping of all kinds.

Playa de la Malagueta is one of the top beaches in the area. It is an expansive black-sand beach that features lifeguards, concessions, parking, and public facilities. It is also a picturesque setting where you can enjoy everything from swimming and sunbathing to snorkeling and kayaking. This beach is located about ten minutes from the center of Malaga off of Paseo Pablo Picasso. Playa Huellin is located within town and also features lifeguards, facilities, as well as a range of fun bars and restaurants.

Playa Palo is situated next to the El Candado Marina. It is a bit more remote, but also features lifeguards, facilities, and places to eat, drink, and rent gear and equipment. This is a favorite beach destination for water sports like sailing and diving. Playa Las Acacias is one of the most vibrant beaches in Malaga and is very popular among young visitors and residents of the city. The promenade is the epicenter of activity and there are many little coves and places to get away and relax in relative privacy.

Malaga Spain also offers guests a wide variety of dining options, lots of shopping, and many guest accommodations, including luxury resorts and hotels.
